Coralbeads, Cocculus carolinus, is one of the most toxic plants in Alabama.  Then common name refers to the red berries with a bead like pit where ingesting only a few is sufficient to be a fatal dose for an adult.  Superficially the vine looks like a greenbrier, Smilax, except that coralbeads is spineless and apparently herbaceous since dying back to the ground each winter.
